SAS 15K Storage
One of the first bottlenecks to be hit in an environment hosting database intensive applications is the throughput from the hard disks. To resolve this problem RLM Web Services uses solely Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) 15,000 RPM Cheetah hard disks from Seagate. We never reach the maximum throughput level on our servers and combined with RAID10 protection we have the ultimate storage platform in terms of performance and redundancy. |
